Because the books are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final once they are delivered.
If something doesn't work
If a file doesn't open, or a link doesn't work, email support@tradewithvincent.com with the email you used to order and what went wrong. We will fix it or refund your purchase.
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop, our payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
