This website
This website has no forms and no accounts, and it sets no cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without following you across other websites. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are served from this website, not from Google.
When you buy
Checkout happens on Whop, our payment provider. Whop collects the details needed to process your order, such as your name, email address and payment details, under Whop's privacy policy. We never see your card number. From Whop we receive order details such as your name and country.
The journal
The 30-Day Trading Discipline Journal is a Google Sheets file. When you make your own copy, it is saved in your own Google account. We do not see your copy or what you write in it.
Messages you send to support@tradewithvincent.com are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox. We use them only to answer you, and we keep them for up to two years.
We do not send marketing email. If we offer a newsletter in the future, you will only receive it if you sign up for it yourself, and you will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing support@tradewithvincent.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
